Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, refunds, and transaction reversals work for detectyou.tube paid plans.
1. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through WayForPay. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account — billing stops at the end of the current cycle and access continues until then. We give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change. Extra-credit top-ups refill your current cycle’s quota back to full; they do not create a separate non-expiring balance and reset on the next renewal.
2. Refunds
Refunds are based on your unused credits. Within 30 days of a charge you may request a refund for the credits you have not yet used — the amount is prorated to your remaining balance, while credits already spent on checks are non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 business days.
3. How to request a refund
Contact us via the contact form, including the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge.
4. Transaction cancellation
If a payment was made in error, or you do not recognize a charge, contact us and we will investigate and reverse the transaction where warranted.
